To Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage all external lawyers
Compliance with regulatory requirements
To manage litigation, including recovery of over dues and advisory related to work of the department.
To provide opinions, interpretations on regulatory issues and on bye laws and rules of the exchange
To prepare and finalize show cause notices and speaking orders
